PG Tech Media is an online coding education platform based in Uyo, Akwa-Ibom, Nigeria. We offer video courses, tutorials, and blog content to help learners acquire practical software development skills. Our courses cover topics including but not limited to Python, FastAPI, JavaScript, Django, and related technologies.

• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account. If you are under 18, you confirm that you have parental or guardian consent.
• You may not transfer your account or share access with any other person.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Upon enrolling in a course — whether free or paid — you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the course content for personal, non-commercial learning purposes.

• Course content is available for the duration of the Platform's operation or as otherwise stated at the time of purchase.
• You may not share, redistribute, record, or resell course content.
• We reserve the right to update or modify course content at any time to reflect industry changes and improvements.

Prices for paid courses are displayed in the applicable currency at the time of purchase. All transactions are processed securely through our payment partners.

• Refund requests may be submitted within 7 days of purchase, provided you have not completed more than 20% of the course content.
• Refund eligibility is assessed on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to decline requests that do not meet the criteria above.

All content on the Platform — including videos, code samples, written tutorials, blog posts, graphics, and logos — is the intellectual property of PG Tech Media or its content contributors and is protected under applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or publicly display any content from the Platform without prior written permission from PG Tech Media.

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform or its systems.
• Post or transmit harmful, offensive, defamatory, or misleading content.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from the use of this Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Akwa-Ibom State, Nigeria.
